→ We choose Thoroughbreds that we want to own and race.
→ It is a low risk opportunity for the co-owners.
Co-owners pay their percentage of the
purchase price plus 4 quarterly,
pre-determined training fees.
→ There are no other ongoing fees.
→ We choose successful Thoroughbreds that we want to build a bloodline around.
→ It is a low risk opportunity for the co-owners. Co-owners pay their percentage of the purchase price.
Club member pays a $25 fee to become part of the WV Stables Member Club.
→ The Club gives members access to WV Stables education and entertainment programming.
→ The Club membership allows club member to select a .25% to 4.99% stake in any horse that Wasabi Ventures Stables adds to its stable. Club member will have complete visibility and transparency into the horses and stories of each.
→ When club member selects a horse, the price for the horse is a transparent percentage of the price of the horse plus a $99/horse management fee.
→ Wasabi Ventures Stables and its partners will be retaining at least 20% of each horse claimed. We are completely in on each horse. This assures all club members we are completely invested as well and only choosing horses for the program we believe in.
→ Wasabi Ventures Stables will be targeting horses in the $16,000 to $50,000 range, so a minimum contribution will be between $179 and $349 (Price of the horse plus the $99 management fee).
→ Club member will decide which horses he/she is part of. He/She gets to pick his/her horses from the horses offered in the program.
→ With the WV Stables Member Club, there are absolutely NO bills or other payments to be made after the initial one-time payment. When the horse ends its WV Stables racing career or is sold, the bills come out of the initial payment you made, but you will NEVER be required to pay any additional funds.
→ At the end of the racing career of the horse, Wasabi Ventures Stables will send a complete and transparent financial story and any profits will be sent to club member.

Wasabi Ventures Stables and its partners will be retaining at least 20% of each individual foal we purchase. We are completely in on each horse. This assures all club members we are completely invested as well and only choosing horses for the program we believe in.

→ The Club membership allows club member to select a 1% or 10% stake in any individual foal that Wasabi Ventures Stables adds to its stable. The club member will have complete visibility and transparency into the horses and stories of each.
→ When club member selects a horse, the price for the horse is a transparent percentage of the price of the horse.
The price of each individual foal is based on boarding, vanning, and vetting estimates, mare lease, and stallion fee.
Club member will decide which individual foals he/she is part of. He/She gets to pick his/her individual foals from the individual foals offered in the program.
With the WV Stables Individual Foal Program, there are no ongoing bills.
An individual foal offering is liquidate sometime between when the foal is weaned and the summer of its yearling season.

WVS intends to sell 80 percent to Club members with WVS retaining the other 20%. WVS reserves the right to alter these percentages or sell parts of a yearling offering to non-Club member entities or individuals.

→ The club membership allows club members to select 1% to 5% stake in any yearling that Wasabi Ventures Stables adds to its stable. The club member will have complete visibility and transparency into the horses and stories of each.
→ When club member selects a horse, the price for the horse is a transparent percentage of the price of the horse.
Wasabi Ventures Stables will be targeting yearlings in the $5,000 to $100,000 range, so a minimum contribution will be between $50 and $250
Each club member will decide which yearlings he/she is part of. He/She gets to pick his/her yearlings from the yearlings offered in the program.
With the WV Stables Yearling Program, there are four quarterly bills per 1% owned that begin 90 days after purchase.
After the four quarterly invoices are paid, there are no on-going bills and no chance of future expenses.
WVS Aftercare & Charitable Initiatives
For the humans, we seek to provide a fun entertainment business that brings people into a simple horse membership opportunity. For the horses, we want to provide opportunities for our horses to shine on the racetrack or as broodmares and also ensure a safe retirement when the time comes. As such, we have strongly suggested a minimal donation to aftercare with the purchase of every horse. These donations are given to The Horse Fund, which supports the safe and secure retirement of current and former Wasabi Ventures Stables horses.
Our aftercare initiatives are now managed by The Horse Fund, a nonprofit corporation.
